Návrh, příprava a biologické hodnocení nových antimikrobních sloučenin odvozených od inhibitorů aminoacyl-tRNA syntetáz

Summary: This project proposes design and synthesize novel 3-substitutedpyrazine-2-carboxamides and evaluate their biological activity on various bacterial and mycobacterial strains and fungi. The title compounds will also be tested for in vitro cytotoxicity on human cell lines (e.g. HepG2). Results from this project will deduce structure-activity relations and optimize substitutions of preparing compounds. The interactions of the active compounds with human, bacterial and mycobacterial aaRSs will be studied in silico for ligand interactions.
