Prerequisites and co-requisites

  • The prerequisite of a course means that you can enroll in the follow-up course only after completing the previous course (e.g., you can enroll in Analytical Chemistry only after completing Organic Chemistry II).

  • In the case of a milder form of prerequisite, enrollment is not restricted, but the taking of the examination in the subject is (e.g., you can take the examination in Microbiology only after completing the Cell Biology course).

  • The co-requisite of a subject means that it is necessary to enroll in it at the same time as another subject if it has not been taken before (e.g., the subject Human Morphology and Physiology can be enrolled no sooner than in the section of study in which you enroll in the subjects General Biochemistry and Immunology).
