Individual Study Plan (ISP)

ISP will basically split of the next section of the study into 2 years.

In the 1st year of the ISP, you must complete the remaining exams from the previous study section (you can only re-sit compulsory and elective courses in the following study section, optional courses cannot be re-sat). You can also enroll in courses from the following study section, provided they are not in conflict with the continuity (prerequisites).

In the 2nd year of the ISP, you must complete the rest of the courses that you were unable to enroll in the 1st year of the ISP due to continuity.

Please note that if you do not meet the ISP requirements (e.g., the normal number of credits after the 2nd year is 120), your studies will be terminated!

You can apply for ISP if you meet the minimum limit for advancement to the next year (e.g., 45 credits for advancement to the 2nd year), and due to the conditions of the study plan (continuity of courses), you cannot obtain the necessary number of credits for advancement to the next year in the following year. You can also apply it in the context of caring for a child/dependent person or representing a sport.

You will submit an ISP application (found on the Intranet in the student forms) to the Undergraduate Student Services when you can no longer or will no longer fulfill any academic obligation (credit/exam), i.e., before the start of the academic year. You must indicate the unfulfilled courses for the relevant section of study and the number of credits earned. Once processed, you will receive a written decision from the Dean regarding the outcome.

Please note that you can only apply for ISP twice during the whole period of your studies, and you cannot apply in 2 consecutive years (e.g., if you apply for ISP after the 1st year, you cannot apply again after the 2nd year).
