Everyone has the right to be treated fairly and with dignity. If you feel that you are not being treated this way, you can contact the Charles University Ombudsman. His/her scope of activities covers mainly interpersonal relationships, including those among students and teachers, specifically complaints of bullying, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, unequal treatment or sexual harassment.
The role of the contact person is to try to find the best solution to your situation and, where appropriate, to mediate your contact with the Charles University Ombudsman.
Any doubts regarding the fairness of examination evaluation are not primarily the responsibility of the contact person, since they fall within the competences of the Vice-Deans for Study Affairs.
