FAF Pub Quiz wrote its third chapter, with victory going to the team The Outliers

A third season of FAF Pub Quiz took place on the evening of the 5th of March 2026. Even though it was during the spring break in Hradec Králové, almost 80 competitors (faculty staff and students) participated in the event. Ten teams came to test their knowledge and compete for the honour of being named the smartest team on the faculty.

Five rounds, fifty questions, five estimation questions and one bonus question decided the winner. The smartest team of the faculty became The Outliers, who received the Dean´s cup along with other prizes. This time around, the title of the smartest department was won by the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Botany. The event was traditionally sponsored by the Czech Pharmaceutical Students' Association and Corridor Snacks, which we would like to thank sincerely for their support.

On behalf of the organizing team, we would like to express our appreciation for the community of quiz enthusiasts that has formed around the event. Faf Pub Quiz is not only about racking our brains, but also about meeting with colleagues and enjoying the evening together. The abundant participation and even the appearance of a team in matching jerseys show that this event is becoming a tradition at our faculty.

In this way, we would like to invite the participants to share their feedback, so we can improve the quiz quality even further.
