Doctoral Dissertation Themes

Perspectives in nuclear receptors modulation with novel approaches (small molecules, allosteric modulators or degraders)

Analyzovat data a sepsat 2 publikace s dobrým IF. Vykonat alespoň 3 zkoušky a závrečnou státní zkoušku. Sepsat disertační práci. Introduction to the essential function of nuclear receptors in the regulation of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism, in regulation of glucose, lipid and energy metabolism. Introduction to cellular and molecular biological methods of studying cellular regulation and ADME genes. Mastering cell models cultivation such as primary human hepatocytes, cell lines or 3D spheroids, RNA insolation from mouse tissues, western blotting, confocal microscopy and bioinformatics. Expected experiments in 2 projects. Analyze the data and write 2 publications with good IF as a first author. Passing 3 exams and the final state exam. Write a dissertation.
