Development of one- and two-dimensional chromatographic methods coupled to mass spectrometry for proteomic analyses and analysis of protein biopharmaceuticals

The scope of the research will be the development of advanced LC-MS methods for simple, robust, and at the same time, sensitive analysis of proteins with a focus on chromatographic separation that has become a limiting factor in the usability of advanced mass spectrometric detection. The developed methods will be applied in the analysis of standard samples of peptides and proteins, in the analysis of real proteomic samples, and the quality control of protein biopharmaceuticals.
