According to the extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic dated 17.05.2021, with effect from 24 May 2021 from 00:00 until the revocation of this extraordinary measure, the operation of schools and school facilities is limited so that in relation to the activities of our faculty:
- operation of higher education institutions pursuant to Act No. 111/1998 Coll., On Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments to Other Acts (Act on Higher Education Institutions), as amended, including foreign higher education institutions and their branches operating in the Czech Republic (hereinafter "Universities") by:
a) participation in lifelong learning courses is possible under the conditions laid down by another extraordinary measure for educational events and examinations in the full-time form,
b) during education, with the exception of clinical and practical teaching and practice, and student examinations, there must be a distance of at least 1.5 meters between individual persons,
- the operation of higher education institutions by prohibiting sports activities as part of education, with the exception of:
b) fields of secondary and higher vocational education and study programs of universities in which sports activities are a key part of a framework or accredited educational or study program, and
c) sports activities held outdoors, if other restrictions allow personal presence in education,
d) sports activities held indoors, provided that there is at least 15 m2 of indoor sports ground per person, and a maximum of 12 people in a group and a maximum of 30 people in total on the indoor sports ground may be present; the presence of children, pupils, students and other participants in other indoor areas, such as changing rooms, showers, etc., is prohibited
- holding a) entrance examinations for universities so that the distance between individual persons is at least 1.5 meters,
The following conditions for participation in education are laid down, if required by this extraordinary measure: participant or pupil
(a) demonstrates that:
(i) has undergone a negative RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus with a negative result no later than 7 days, or
(ii) has passed a negative POC test for SARS-CoV-2 antigen at least 72 hours ago, or
iii) has issued a certificate of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for vaccination against COVID-19, and at least 14 days have elapsed since the application of the second dose of vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule according to the SPC. the vaccine dose has elapsed for at least 14 days in the case of a single dose schedule under the SPC, or
iv) has undergone a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 disease, the isolation period has expired according to the valid emergency measure of the Ministry of Health and the first positive POC antigen test for SARS CoV-2 virus or RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus has not expired more than 90 days, or
b) substantiate the affidavit, resp. a solemn declaration by his / her legal representative that he / she has passed a test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, intended for self-testing or authorized by the Ministry of Health for use by a lay person, no later than 72 hours ago at a school or school facility, or
(c) undergoes a negative antigenic test to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, which is intended for self-testing or authorized by the Ministry of Health for use by a lay person, with a negative result, or
(d) proves, by confirmation from the employer, that he has passed a test to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, intended for self-testing or authorized by the Ministry of Health for use by a lay person, no later than 72 hours ago.
A participant who does not meet these conditions will not be allowed to participate in education by the school or school facility.
