Restrictions on the free movement of persons with permanent residence in Trutnov, Cheb and Sokolov districts

The Government of the Czech Republic, by its Resolution No. 121 with effect from February 12th 2021 00:00 until February 14th  23:59, restricts the free movement of persons in the territory of Cheb, Sokolov and Trutnov districts by prohibiting persons residing in the territory of those districts from leaving the district territory and all persons, who do not have permanent residence, entry, movement and stay in those district territories.

The above-mentioned government resolution contains, i.a., the following exceptions:

• travelling for professional purposes,

• for students participating in education in facilities for which there is no restriction pursuant to Government Resolution No. 13 from January 7th 2021.

The cited resolution states the obligation to prove the travel reason for persons who intend to use the given exceptions. In the case of the employees residenting in these districts an employment contract with the Faculty should be a sufficiet proof; students from these districts will receive a study certificate at the Study Department upon request.

Students and staff affected by this restriction may contact covid.tym@faf.cuni.cz for special confirmation in case of difficulties in proving the justification of this exception.
