With effect from 11 January 2021, the Government restricts from 11th January to 22 January 2021
1. operation of higher education institutions pursuant to Act No. 111/1998 Coll., On Higher Education Institutions, by prohibiting the personal presence of students in classes and examinations, if more than 10 people take part in one time test, study at a university and participation in a lifelong learning course; the prohibition on the personal presence of students under this point does not apply to:
a) participation in clinical and practical teaching and practice of students in study programs of general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and other medical study programs of students performing pedagogical practical teaching
b) participation in entrance examinations at universities for the participation of a maximum of 10 persons,
c) participation in individual consultations (only one student and one academic staff),
2. operation of higher education institutions by prohibiting the provision of accommodation to university students who have a different residence in the Czech Republic, in accommodation establishments of higher education institutions, with exception of the students who may participate in education pursuant to point 1,
10. operation of school and school facilities in accordance with the Education Act and operation of universities, by prohibiting sports activities as part of education.
