Decommissioning of the measure from 24 May 2021

According to the extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic dated 17.05.2021, with effect from 24 May 2021 from 00:00 am until the revocation of this extraordinary measure, retail trade and services are limited so that in relation to the activities of our faculty it stipulates:

  • limit congresses, educational events and examinations in full-time form (note - therefore also applies to participation in our lifelong learning courses), so that the maximum number of participants present must not exceed 50% of the total seating capacity and at the same time the total number of persons present (including performers, organizers, examiners, etc.) may not exceed 50 persons if the event takes place indoors, or 100 persons if the event takes place exclusively outdoors, provided that 3 (a) all persons present demonstrate that they meet the conditions laid down in point I / 18 and use, throughout the event, a respiratory protective device (nose, mouth) which is a respirator or similar device (always without an exhalation valve) filling at least all technical conditions and requirements (for the product), including filtration efficiency of at least 94% according to relevant standards, with exceptions for this type of device set by an extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health, which regulates the obligation to use protection (b) all participants are seated, unless it is a practical instruction or a practical test, in such a way that, with the exception of persons from the common household, at least one unoccupied seat is always left between each participant,
     
  • restricts the operation of zoos and botanical gardens so that a maximum of 50% of the capacity of the maximum possible number of visitors can be used at one time and group tours are prohibited indoors, with the operator not allowing more than 1 visitor per 15 m2 of indoor area, which is accessible to the public, and visitors are obliged to maintain a spacing of at least 2 meters, unless they are persons from the common household; the same restrictions apply to visits to arboretums and other gardens or parks to which access is regulated,
     
  • restricts the operation of museums, galleries, exhibition spaces, castles, chateaux and similar historical or cultural objects, observatories and planetariums by prohibiting group tours, provided that the operator does not allow the presence of more than 1 person per 15 m 2 of indoor area , which is accessible to the public, and visitors are required to maintain a spacing of at least 2 meters, unless they are persons from the same household,
     
  • restricts the holding of trade fairs and sales exhibitions by prohibiting group tours, with the operator not allowing the presence of more visitors, 4 than 1 person per 15 m 2 of indoor area, which is open to the public, and visitors are obliged to maintain distances at least 2 meters, if they are not persons from the common household,
     
  • federal, sporting, dancing, traditional and similar events and other gatherings, festivities, pilgrimages, parades, tastings, celebrations and other public or private events in which people accumulate in one place are limited so that it is in the same time possible presence of a maximum of 10 persons or, subject to the following conditions, a maximum of 50 persons if the event takes place indoors, or 100 persons if the event takes place exclusively outdoors; persons participating in the event with the presence of more than 10 persons must prove that they meet the conditions set out in point I / 18 and use a respiratory protective device (nose, mouth), which is a respirator or similar device (always without exhalation valve) throughout the event meeting at least all technical conditions and requirements (for the product), including filtration efficiency of at least 94% according to relevant standards
     
  • the following conditions for the entry of persons into certain indoor areas or for participation in mass events, if required by this extraordinary measure: a) the person underwent a negative RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus with a negative result no later than 7 days; or b) the person passed the POC test for SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen with a negative result no later than 72 hours ago, or c) the person was issued a certificate of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for COVID-19 vaccination, and since the second dose of vaccine at least 14 days have elapsed in the case of a two-dose schedule according to the SPC, or at least 14 days have elapsed since the first dose of vaccine in the case of a single-dose schedule under the SPC, or Ministry of Health and from the first positive POC antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus or RT-PCR test for t of the SARS-CoV-2 virus has not elapsed for more than 90 days and must be a person without clinical signs of COVID-19.
