Development of automated methods based on luminescence detection by modern flow techniques.

For the first time, the highly sensitive optical detection techniques fluorescence and chemiluminescence should be investigated in combination with the latest developed flow automation techniques “Lab-On-Valve” and, in particular, “Lab-In-Syringe”. The work will focus to biological-active substances of pharmaceutical and environmental interest. The thesis will include the co-development and working with 3D-printed devices e.g. detection cells.
