The conference will be held in classical "In-person." Only several presentations will be online. Those presenters will be instructed individually. Section 4 - Clinical and Social Pharmacy will be entirely online.
All contributions will be presented as short lectures up to 15 min (max. 12 min + 3 min discussion).
Prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (pptx), name it "XXXNN_Surname.pptx" (XXXNN is your code from the program of your section: BPC - Bioorganic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, PT - Pharmaceutical Technology, BPT - Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Toxicology, CSP - Clinical and Social Pharmacy, PBA - Pharmaceutical Analysis, or PG - Pharmacognosy and Nutraceuticals) and send it to the email chocholous@faf.cuni.cz.
The deadline is the day before your section!
Your presentation will be uploaded on the presenting computer by the organizers. There is no possibility of uploading your presentation in the lecture hall using USB stick!
For presentation:
- Be ready in the lecture hall at least 10 minutes before your presentation's scheduled time.
- Your pptx file will be in a designated folder on the presenting computer desktop.
- Wait for the introduction of the section by the chairperson.
- Control the presentation (change slides) using standard controls of PowerPoint (Right and Left arrows or mouse, or a remote laser presenter).
- When you finish the presentation, wait for a discussion moderated by the chairperson.
