Conference of the NETPHARM project
14th – 15th April 2025, Hradec Králové
Project annotation:
The project synergistically links major basic and translational research institutions and multidisciplinary teams using modern pharmaceutical science approaches with strong application potential. The aim of the project is excellent research and development of advanced therapeutics, (nano)formulations and drug delivery systems, using innovative technologies, the latest approaches and experimental models of translational drug development within the network of excellent R&D centres (CU, UCT, CEITEC/MU, IOCB and IMC CAS CZ).

- Registration deadline – 16th February 2025
- Presentation/poster submission deadline – 17th March 2025
Presentations:
- Prepare your presentation in English by filling in a given template. Template with dedication to the project to download here.
- The language of the presentation is English.
- Name the file as "ppt_surname_wp1-5_institution.ppt" and send it to email holubovtereza@faf.cuni.cz.
- All contributions will be presented as a short lecture (approx. 10 min + 5 min discussion).
Poster guidelines:
- Junior researchers (postdocs) will provide their posters to the poster session;
- Poster format A0 in portrait orientation;
- It is recommended to include a QR code that allows viewing the poster on a mobile device;
- The EU+MEYS logo link must be included in English. The EU logo must always be at least the same size (height) as the other logos used;
- It is recommended to place the NETPHARM logo at the top of the poster, the EU+MEYS logo link at the footer - bottom of the poster (preferred option). If the EU + MEYS + NETPHARM logos are placed horizontally next to each other, e.g. at the bottom of the poster, the order from the left will be as follows: EU + MEYS + NETPHARM logo link (with sufficient spacing from the EU + MEYS logo);
- It is mandatory to include a dedication to the NETPHARM project, including the project ID CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004607;
- Submit the poster abstract using the prepared „Abstract - template" format by 5 March 2025, to email address: holubovtereza@faf.cuni.cz;
- Send the poster for printing at FoP CU no later than 17 March 2025, to email address: holubovtereza@faf.cuni.cz. At the same time, name the file as "poster_surname_wp1-5_institution.pdf”. Printing of posters at FoP CU will be done collectively through Grant department;
- Partners should submit their posters for preview by 17 March 2025, to email address: holubovtereza@faf.cuni.cz. Partners will arrange printing of posters from their own budgets and hand the posters over no later than the conference registration day on April 14 at 9:30 am.
