Real time monitoring of content of biologically active substances using flow methods

The main aim of the work is based on application of low-pressure flow methods for sampling in pre-set intervals to monitor liberation of biologically active substance. Application will be focused to liberation of substances from topic drug formulations or from nanofibers modified with active substance. Further application will be based on monitoring of permeation of active substances through cell monolayer for testing cell membrane transporters.
